Spending time with Jon Lindemann is like entering a world where you consistently find yourself in Jon Lindemann’s presence.
This week, we delved into our picks for the Top Five Games of 2024. Now, if you’re not familiar with how RFN does things, let me explain: we don’t really follow any strict rules here. We work under some broad suggestions, such as considering any game available on Nintendo systems in 2024. But even that’s not set in stone. Ideally, you should have played the game this year, though we’ve been known to occasionally include exceptions where the games weren’t played in the same year.
With such flexible guidelines, trying to come up with a unanimous Top Five list isn’t just challenging—it’s downright impossible. So, what’s presented is very much a personal selection for each participant.
Naturally, there is some overlap. Remarkably, the #1 spot on two separate lists is shared by the same game. I’d wager you won’t guess what it is, and I’m pretty confident about this. Of course, someone will probably claim they figured it out, but they’re likely just spinning tales.
