This month, Gran Turismo 7’s garage gets even better with four stellar additions. First up, the Gran Turismo F3500-A. This car embodies the spirit of classic F1 with its carbon fiber chassis and the unique scream of a naturally aspirated V12 engine. The design is a nod to the golden era of racing, sporting high-tech specs like a 6-speed semi-automatic transmission and sophisticated aerodynamics with customizable wings and engine cowl shapes.
Next, we have the Honda Civic Si Extra (EF) ’87, a beast on the touring circuit powered by the famous ZC engine. This fourth-gen Civic brings a sleek exterior with modern tweaks, a more extended wheelbase, and a suspension setup ideal for sporty handling. The Si and Si Extra models made a strong mark in the Japan Touring Car Championship, so there’s plenty of racing legacy to channel when you get behind the wheel.
Then there’s the Hyundai IONIQ 5 N ’24 – a bold declaration of what an electric vehicle can be. Designed at Namyang and Nürburgring, this car is all about performance. It’s equipped with a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system that kicks out an impressive 641 BHP in overboost mode. Plus, with a virtual dual-clutch transmission and wicked interiors, it’s redefining what driving an EV feels like.
Don’t overlook the Toyota C-HR S ’18, which brings an SUV’s comfort into the realm of a coupe’s agility. Made on Toyota’s TNGA platform, it offers a choice between hybrid and turbocharged power units and has proven its mettle on the global stage, even competing in the Nürburgring 24 Hours.
Excited yet? There’s even more in store within the Extra Menus, with the addition of Extra Menu No. 43: Group C available for collectors at level 47 and higher. On the track front, fresh events have been added, including races at the Kyoto Driving Park and Autodromo de Interlagos.
In AI tech news, you’ll be able to challenge your skill against Gran Turismo Sophy on select tracks. Look for the GT Sophy icon in the Quick Race menu and see how you stack up against this intelligent racer.
Not forgetting the eye candy, Chromatic Drive is now featured in Scapes. So buckle up, and enjoy the phenomenal world of Gran Turismo 7 brought to life through update 1.55, available now!
